Question Unanswered: Problem to print reports

    Hello,

We have a rather big Access database on the network. It works OK, but one problem remains unsolved: a user cannot print anything from the db until has full permission. So what they had to do to somehow overcome this is to grant full rights to all the users (which of course is the worst solution).
Is this print situation normal and to print a report a user must have full rights or something is wrong with our db?
Now Im creating a new db on different subject. What should I do not to get into same printing troubles?

    Thank you.

create a user group inside of access. Then assign the groups the permissions to the tables/queries /reports that will need access..

attach the user to the specific group.

i forgot to mention. when you set up the permissions the users do not need all rights to tables. They only need them to queries and reports they will be accessing.
