I am running dtsrun from the xp_cmdshell with an account that is not a sysadmin. I do have my account information set in sqlagent_proxy_account so running xp_cmdshell commands is not an issue. SQL Agent is not running on the server that I am connected to and I think that it needs to be because when I run dtsrun from the xp_cmdshell as a non-sysadmin the permissions are being run through the context of SQLAgentCmdExec of which I do not have a set account. Would it make sense that when I run the following command, I would get the returned error? Please help!

exec master..xp_cmdshell 'dtsrun /S TC6006 /E /N mrs_test'
