Has any one encountered Sysbase error 2502 and 2503? If so, how did you corrected it? Any comment would be appreciated.
dbcc tablealloc produces the following messages:
Table Corrupt: Page linkage is not consistent; check the following pages: (current page#=3953584; page# pointing to this page=3953591; previous page# indicated in this page=3687399)
Table Corrupt: Page linkage is not consistent; check the following pages: (current page#=2022818; page# pointing to this page=3953584; previous page# indicated in this page=2022820)
Table Corrupt: A page is linked in more than one chain; check this pageage number=2022818 allocation status=254
Thank you Willy for your reply. We had fixed it. We bcp out data from the corrupted table then drop the table. Recreate the table then bcp in data. Recreate all indexes, views, stored procedures and triggers that associate with the table. Run ddbcc checktable to verify there is no errors. It worked.
