    Unanswered: conversion code error

    Hello,

    I am getting conversion code error saying

    [IBM][CLI Driver] SQL0332N There is no available conversion for the source code page "1208 UNKNOWN 3" to the target code page "". Reason Code "". SQLSTATE=57017

    I have DB2 connect v7.1 on Sun Solaris8 accessing OS/390 database.

    Seems like the connection is made to the database from Sun box to OS/390 database, but DB2 Connect is not able to convert the result to an code page.

    Can you please help me on this issue? Thanks!

    CHeck the NLS guide. The target is not known in yr JDBC connection. Check the environment on your command line. Maybe you can set the language in your connection string of JDBC.

    Thank you very much.

    I add following into db2cli.ini

    [COMMON]
    DisableUnicode=1

    it works.
