    Actually, As the only 'i' suffix for the database only started with version 8, I think he probably means Forms 6i.

    hello invinciblesummer

    for example i have a text item 'condition', the user can input a where condition for my select statement

    if the user input condition = 'like 'j%'';

    then my select statement would be

    select col from table where name <condition>;
    => select col from table where name like 'j%';

    if condition = '='John''

    then my statement

    select col from table where name ='John';

    the where condition of my select statement will depend on what the user has entered in the text item.
