if the word is value of a field you can

    1. make a query that count each variety of the words appear.

    eg.
    tableccupation

    name ocupation
    satiri teacher
    bart teacher
    asterix programmer

select count(name) from occupation group by occupation.
the result of a query you can use to generate a report

    2. Using Sorting and Grouping in report design
add a field in the table that can be sum for each group then
simply select the field that you want to group

If you need to search for these word in a Long Text, you'll have to use the event of a report that generate for each records and use a private variable

if the word is value of a field you can

Make a query...and insert two more fields...
    teacher: iif([Occupateion]="Teacher",1,0)
    Programmer:iif([occupation]="Programmer",1,0)
In the row... of expression...put sum
    Or other way...

Click on the button "total" and in sort row...
group by clause..on Occupation...and another related field...such as name...do count function....It will work...in simple way..
