ORA-00366: log name of thread name, checksum error in the file header

Cause: The file header for the redo log contains a checksum that does not match the value calculated from the file header as read from disk. This means the file header is corrupted

Action: Find and install correct version of log or reset logs.

    Does this help any?

Sure it helps , But I want to know if I don't have backup and each log group has only one file , In this case , what's the shortcut to solve this problem .

I guess redo log file corruption should not be a big deal .

    redo log header corruption

    Wrong guess.

Sorry for your database, but it can survive only if:
    1) the problem is not affecting the CURRENT redo log
    2) you have archived redos, or the redo log file is not needed for crash recovery
