    OK.

    If your problem is in Transaction Logs Backups:
    - Check out the Database Maintenance Plans.. (History for Maintenance Plans, NOT Job History)
    Sometimes this happens in some, not all, databases.
    Check
    I dont't know exactly how to explain.

    ====================================

    Another time, in another situation, this problem take me during 2 months.

    I fixed the problem by backing up SQLMAINT.EXE from the server...
    Then I copied it from another installation that was backing up.

    =====================================

    We have many answers to this problem... I have already heard about booting Servers... Changing SQLMAINT.EXE.... Create Database Maintenance Plans with T-SQL. etc...

    Now, it is with you.

    I hope you get!

    I received your email - I believe this is what you are looking for:

    Go to Management -> Jobs -> Right click the job and select "View job history"

    Let me know if this answered your question.
