    Unanswered: GoToRecord

I have a main form called frmcrsemnger. This form has a subform called frmSubCourseHistory. How do I access the subform "frmSubCourseHistory" and create a new record.

I have been using the following code.

    DoCmd.GoToRecord acDataForm, "Me!frmsubCourseHistory", acNewRec

    I get this error.

    The object Me!frmsubCourseHistory isn't open

It isn't open, indeed. Try this:

    DoCmd.GoToControl "frmsubCourseHistory"
    DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec
