Red face Unanswered: Unable to Export

I'm want to use an export specification file with VB. Does anyone know how it works I can't figure it out. So far I have:
    DoCmd.TransferText acExportDelim, "ExportSpec.txt", "TableForEx", "c:\ExportResults.txt", False
When I try and run this I get "The text file specification 'ExportSpec.txt' does not exist."

You create an Export specification by running the Export wizard and saving your choices. To do this, highlight the table you want to export and select File | Export. Go through the wizard screens including the Advanced. This is the screen that allows you to save the specification. The name you choose is used in the DoCmd.TransferText statement.
