    Red face Unanswered: DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord

I am getting the following error message when clicking a command button: "The command or action 'Save Record' isn't available now."

The code for the button is:
    Private Sub Command53_Click()
    On Error GoTo Err_Command53_Click

    If IsNull(clientID) Or IsNull(contactID) Then
MsgBox "You must select a client and a contact.", vbCritical, "Missing Information"
    Forms!frmAccountA!Combo20.SetFocus
    Else
    DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdSaveRecord
    Forms!frmMasterB.SetFocus
    'DoCmd.Close
    End If
    Exit_Command53_Click:
    Exit Sub

    Err_Command53_Click:
    MsgBox Err.Description
    Resume Exit_Command53_Click

    End Sub

It took me a long time to get the form to work the way I wanted... thought it was working, but now this error has shown up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this on a box with Access 2000?

Service Pack 2 will fix this bug
