Instead of using MsgBox, create a form with alllll options you need and open it in dialog mode. Buttons could assign values to public variables that you can use aftewards.
The important thing is to open the form in dialog mode so that code execution is stopped and variables are updated before continuing.

    Hope this makes sense...

But how can I make it as a dialog?

Thanks for your information but how can I make the form as a dialog? I can only make it Modal and/or Popup. BTW I work with Access 2000.

    DoCmd.OpenForm "FormName", , , , , acDialog

This will open the form as dialog.

    Good luck,
