    How do I get Oracle to display a list of indexes in a table?

    If you have DBA privileges:
    Code:
    select index_name
      from dba_indexes
      where table_name = 'TABLENAME';
    or
    Code:
    select index_name
      from all_indexes
      where table_name = 'TABLENAME';
    Or, if you don't have DBA privs but are logged in as the table owner:
    Code:
    select index_name
      from user_indexes
      where table_name = 'TABLENAME';

    you can also get info on the index columns :

    select index_name ,TABLE_NAME , COLUMN_NAME
    from dba_ind_columns
    where index_name =<INDEX_NAME>
    order by COLUMN_POSITION ;
