    Unanswered: blank when zero

i've always hated reports that show alot of zeros. so i end up putting a value in the tag property and in the detail format event cycle through all the controls testing for zero and setting the control's width to zero. this does the trick .. anyone else have an approach that might be less effort?

    Thanks, I'll try that one.
In the old days, i worked with Dataflex where we would format output with underscores like: _____.___ would display a number up to 5 digits to the left of the decimal and 3 to the right. To make that blank when zero ... all we had to do is imbed a "Z" anywhere in the underscore format like: __Z__.___
No code required. Twould b nice

May be just hide controls, setting their Visible property to False?
