    Unanswered: Weblinks on a form

    I have a table which contains a field for weblinks. These links are quite lengthy addresses to a page on the web.

    I want to have a form which enables you to click on this link to take you to the web page. That's no problem. I have done this but for every record I have to have the whole text displayed on the form. Is there any way to have the link appear on the form under just the word "Weblink" and then this link to the relavant field in the record. In other words I don't want the full address displayed I just want the word "Weblink" to appear on my form.

    Thanks all in advance,

    hi DazJWood,

    Try this:

    keep your hyperlink field on the form (if you want, let the visible=false);

    in this exemple the HyperLink field is "MyHiper":

    Put another control on the form (a button for exemple);

    Private Sub Command1_Click()
    Application.FollowHyperlink MyHiper.Hyperlink.Address, , True
    End Sub
