Unhappy Unanswered: table space in quiesce exclusive

my tablespace is in quiesce exclusive state and now I cannot access anything. I know which table is being access, and the access process is gone already. I cannot even drop the table. Anybody know how to get out of the state so I can work on the data.

    hi there,
I had the same problem. This happened when the load was stopped abruptly. Please use the following command :

quiesce tablespaces for table xyz reset

in db2 CLP. Then if you go and see the state of the tablespace from the control center it will be 'Normal'.

    Regards

Oh I've had this problem a few times, and resorted to dropping the tablespace and creatign a new one. (Lucky I'm on a development server!).

Now i may have to re-create the problem so I can try this out
