    Unanswered: How to display zero on a query

    Hello,
    I set up a counter in a query to count items over 90 days or older. I don't have problem when there are items that are over 90 days. However, when there are not items over 90 days, the query does not display "0" and I need it to show "0" Items.

    How do I make the query to display "0" when there are not items over 90 days?

    A new to Access and any help will be appreaciated.
    Thx!

    You need to use IIF()

    example..

    MyCustomField: IIF( [AnotherFieldOrValue] > 90 , sum[Something], 0)
