I'm a newbie who needs a hand. I have some users who are complaining that the default printer for one report in the Access 97 DB I'm supposed to be administering is wrong. Their reports print on my printer but these users are in another state (which is why this is significant). How/where do I set (or unset) the default printer?
Thanks for the reply but it turns out I mis-read the user's email. They are printing from a button on a form. This button calls some VBA called PrintRecord_Click which contains this line of code: DoCmd.PrintOut acSelection.
Do I need to somehow change this to DoCmd.OpenReport?
If so, do I need to create a report from the selected record?
And if this is so, how do I do that???
