Unanswered: A97: IIF - Pure brainlock

Total midweek *cough*hangover*cough* brainlock situation here. I'm trying to setup an IIF statement within an IIF statement. I've got three fields that I need the greater of: hire date, rehire date & training start date. I'm currently using two seperate IIF statements to do the job:

    Expr1:IIF([tblHIRE]![REHIREDT]>[tblHIRE]![HIREDT], [tblHIRE]![REHIREDT], [tblHIRE]![HIREDT])

    Expr2:IIF([tblHIRE]![TRAINDT]>[tblHIRE]![Expr1], [tblHIRE]![TRAINDT], [tblHIRE]![Expr1])

How would I combine the two into one statement?

    Thanks.
