Angry Unanswered: BD2 Journal doesn't work

We use DB2 v 7.2 on Linux Red Hat, the clients are on different Windows's.

The problem is that the Journal doesn't work and we can't schedule our jobs so on.

They say, this problem occurs in all systems with server on Linux and clients on Win's.

We have no ideas and are tired of reading TroubleShoting Guide.

    Thanks for teaching

When I click buttons "Pending jobs", "Running jobs" or "Job histiry" on Jobs tab page, I see the folowing message:

The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe system error. Subsequent SQL statements can be processed. (Reason "".) SQLSTATE=58004

And nothing about the pending or running jobs in the table below.
The tab pages "History", "Alerts" and Messages" work properly, as I can understand.

But when I connect to local db (on this machine), everything is OK.

    Looking forward any ideas.
