Unanswered: Going from ER diagram to SQL in Oracle

    Hello,
I have been told there is a GUI for going from an ER diagram to
SQL statements. i.e. I draw the diagram in the software tool with all
foreign keys, relationshps etc. and the SQL code is automatically
spit out. Is this true and can some titles be given? I think one is
    PowerDesigner or something like that?

    Thanks,
    David

there are lots of tools around that can do that

search google for "forward engineer schema generation"

the only one i have experience with is ERwin, which is obscenely expensive and difficult to learn but can do anything

most tools will support oracle syntax, you will have many to choose from
