Unanswered: Migrating to Oracle - important.

    Hi,
Its a very general dillema I have and i need your help on that.
Till now our vb project used Access as its db.
The company decided moving to MSDE/Sql server (client server), and i started writing SP and such in order to make the shift.
This week we won a big customer that uses Oracle and we need to make the relevant adjustments.
I am in the beginning of the sql server migration and now this.
I need to advise my manager how to generaly deal with that.
Is it possible to make all changes to Sql server and then migrate to Oracle using Migration Workbench or such?
What kind of tool can assist me?
Will i need to recreate SP?
Please give me any advise, articles you know on that big subject and what is a good literature to start with?
    Thanks
    Yossi
