    Unanswered: mail merge and check boxes

    i am trying to merge an access query into a word document.

    the query has a couple of fields that have values of either -1 or 0.

    is there any way of merging the query fields into checkboxes in word?

    Its ok, I fixed it, i used an if/then/else statement and wingdings characters.
