Question Unanswered: How to import an image from SQL Server to FileMaker Pro 5.5

I have a database in SQL Server where I am going to store, among other things, images.

I will also need to import some data from this database into a FileMaker Pro 5.5 database.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanx,
    Hugo Caetano.

    I got no data...

Since I have been too busy, lately, I didn't try to do much on this...

Maybe soon I'll have the chance to try something new. :P

ODBC xfer of FileMaker image data

I have done some work with FileMaker Container field data during the development of the FmPro Migrator http://www.dotcomsolutionsinc.net/pr...tor/index.html utility. I found that if I tried to write data into a container field via ODBC, I got an error that this feature was not supported. I have been able to read data from Container fields via ODBC, with varying results depending upon the type of image data and platform where the FileMaker database is hosted. I have a technote on my website detailing these results for anyone who is interested: http://www.dotcomsolutionsinc.net/su...ntainer_fields David Simpson
