Unanswered: Error Message for a missing .dll

I have a form that catalogs jpeg images using an intel .dll (ijl15.dll). If the .dll is not installed, the form crashes and displays:

    Runtime error: 53
    File Not Found: ijl15.dll.

I want to display a message box with a better description - how to do this ...

    Thanks
    -Keith

    On Error goto MyForm_ErrorHandler

    "your code goes in here"

    MyForm_ErrorHandler:

    If err.number=53 then

MsgBox"You are missing a required file the application will now close down."

    End if

The only thing I cna think of is you may be able to close the form, pop up the error and then resume next. so your error handler would look something like:

    if err.number=53 then

MsgBox"A required file is missing, this form cannot open"

    Docmd.Close AcForm Me

    Resume Next

    Hope that works??
