    Unanswered: Default Password

    I am running Oracle 8.1.7. on Win2000.
    What is a default password for INTERNAL?

    INTERNAL and SYS have the same passwords, since they are the same for Oracle. So if you didn't create password file, then the INTERNAL default password is the same as SYS's - "change_on_install".

    However, if you created the password file and setup password=...... in orapwd command line, then the INTERNAL password is the same string you used already.
