    Unanswered: access 2002 - applying conditional formatting to a different field

    I would like to use conditional formatting on a continuous form. If a value in a check box is true, I would like the font color of text in a text box on the same form to be red. if the box is fale, then the font color of the text in that text box to be black.

    My problem is this, I am unable to use conditional formatting with a check box and unable to apply conditional formatting to a different field.

    I am using access 2002.

    Thanks for your assistance with this.

    choose "EXPRESSION IS" and then type

    [myCheckBox]=True

    for True/False expressions you can even type

    [myCheckBox]

    it will work too

    and pick your font color....
