Question Unanswered: ..Yeah Ive got had a bunch of questions

okay I think this is my 4th post just today, but anyways, Im wondering How I can use a single form to enter parameters for a query instead of a dialog box for each of the parameters. Simple step by step instructions is greatly appreciated.

"My Idea is that everyone should be required to use small fonts. That way we'll save disk space.

Create your form with a control for each parameter. In the query, instead of having [Enter date:] for a parameter which will cause a dialog to popup, enter Forms!forname!controlname where formname = the name of you form and controlname = the name of the control.
