Unanswered: DSNTIAD/DSNTEP2 as Stored procedures on z/OS

Can you use DSNTEP2/DSNTIAD as java stored procedures?
The DB2 system is on Z/OS. If this is possible please give an example of how to use it.
I need to do a bind through java from a remote location and that's why I wanted to use these utils.

    Thanks....
