Unanswered: Can I create Tempdb for DB2 UDB running on WinNT server

I read that creation of temporary database is possible by specifying the AS TEMP clause on a CREATE DATABASE statement. But in the DB2 manual no AS TEMP clause is mentioned. I have also seen that tempDB exists for DB2 S/390 environment.
I tried creating one tempdb from CLP using the syntax :
    create database tempdb AS temp@
It threw a error at the keyword 'AS'.

My question is, does DB2 UDB Windows installation has this tempdb concept as well? Or it is Temporary tablespace which corresponds to tempdb.
    Need your suggestion.

The concept of temporary only applies to tablespaces not database. You can take a look at the complete syntax of create database command in DB2 UDB command reference manual.
