Go to the Standby server, master database and run the following command:

RESTORE DATABASE 'Database name' WITH RECOVERY
    go
    EXEC SP_DBOPTION 'database name','Read Only','false'
    go
    EXEC SP_DBOPTION 'database name','Single User','False'
