Red face Unanswered: database is consistent NO

    Newbie need help!!

From 'get db cfg' command, sometime I found the value for 'Database is conisistent' entry was 'No'..

Can someone give me scenarios that might have caused this?!

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: database is consistent NO

    Just for explanation:

The database executes all statements in memory pages and only at certain points, called check points, the dirty pages (pages that contains changed data) are written to disk. This is why your database will usually be marked as inconsistent. The only time you can garantee the consistency of the database is after a full offline backup.

    Hope I didn´t miss anything.
