    CSQL open source main memory database

    You can use CSQL MMDB which comes in dual license, open source license for community edition and enterprise edition. It provides 30 times more throughput compared to traditional disk based database systems.
    It can also act as cache for MySQL, Postgres or Oracle database to improve throughput of existing application with no or minimal code changes.
