Question Unanswered: using results of query A as input of another query B

    Yes, this is ACCESS style.

    SELECT qryMyQueryA.data1, qryMyQueryA.data2
    FROM qryMyQueryA

This does *not* work in MYSQL.
How would you do this here?
Would you work with temporary tables, or is there a more elegant solution?

    Thanks for any hints.

MySQL does not yet support subqueries (although I believe it's on the way in version 4) or views (I think views are scheduled for version 5).

A temporary table would probably work. There may be other ways. You could post qryMyQueryA here and see what people come up with.
