Red face Unanswered: Problem conversion code page

    Hi all,

I have problem, I'm use IBM db2 7.2 and OS Linux 7.3, when I connect to db2 from command line, it's no problem. But when I start cron with script, where I connect to db2
I get next message. Please help.
SQL0332N There is no available conversion for the source code page "819" to the target code page "1250". Reason Code "1". SQLSTATE=57017

    Thanks Adrian

    Hi,

Do you have some code page parameters defined in script? Does the script use somekind of default code page?

    Hi,

I haven't any code page parameter defined in script. I use default system code page. But I don' understand, when I run the same script from command line (login to Linux as db2inst1) it's run OK, but when I run yhe same script from CRON (crontab set user db2inst1) and db2 write:
SQL0332N There is no available conversion for the source code page "819" to the target code page "1250". Reason Code "1". SQLSTATE=57017

    Script is for example:
    . $home/sqllib/db2profile
    db2 force application all
db2 connect to xxx user yyy using zzz (write this message)
    ...
    ...
    db2 terminate

    Thanks Adrian
