    Unanswered: combobox-problem

I have a combobox with 2 columns (first is hidden) based on a table.
Normally when you enter a value in the combobox, the combobox immediatly shows the first record that corresponds with the entered value.
I mean that when you have the combo filled with names and you enter a "w" in the combo, it already shows the first name beginning with the character 'w'.
It worked in the past, but one way or another it's not functioning anymore.

    What's wrong?

    Thanks

There's a property of the combo box (on the Data tab): Auto Expand.
Be sure it's set to "Yes".

    Lightbulb Maybe

Not too hard to just delete and re-build it really, but perhaps look at limit to list setting on data tab for dropdown. (Set it to yes)

If not maybe youve accidentally changed one of the settings so just delete the dropdown and rebuild it?

'Auto Expand' was set to yes.
'Limit to list' was set to yes.
    And it didn't work.

So, as you mentioned, I rebuilt the combo and it's OK now.

    Thanks
