    Exclamation Unanswered: merging reports please help!

    how do i merge several reports to display consecutively?
    mind you, i fon't know anything about vba or "advanced" stuff like that

    depends what you mean "consecutively" and "several"

    simplest:
    make a new empty report containing nothing, bound to nothing: drag your "several" reports into this new report - they become subreports of your empty report.

    vb approach:
    make a button somewhere on an existing form (or a new otherwise empty form). view¦code. in the NameOfYourNewButton_Click event, add a line like the following for each of your reports:

    docmd.openreport "NameOfTheReport", acViewNormal

    to send the report to the printer. replace acViewNormal with acViewPreview to preview the reports on screen instead.

    What might be easier for you is to create a macro with several OpenReport actions, then just attach that macro to the proper button or form
