    Unanswered: Memory Usage by instance

    Hello ,

I have sun box with 9 instances running on it and I need to determine memory and CPU usgae by each instance. Can someone help me with this ?.

I tried using pmap of Sun Solaris but it seems that it has some bugs.

    Thanks

That's right. SUN abandoned pmap as relaibale tool.

But you can always use /usr/dt/bin/sdtprocess to get the same information. It's a X11 tool, so start it from xterm.

Another great memory tool is MemTool. I believe Here is the link to it

    Hope that helps,

    Thanks
