Unhappy Unanswered: Oracle Forms + Security

I am trying to get a Menu to work with Security.

I created a role, Manager, and assigned this and DBA to the module roles list. I then added these two to certain menu items, disableing visibility of not authorized. I also set use security on.

However, when i try to run a form with the menu assigned to it, i get an error: FRM-10256: User is not authorized to run Form Builder Menu.

This error appears with users with MANAGER role or not, as well as the sys account.

Is there something i have forgotten to do?

I have used the Administration>Compile for both the form and the menu to make sure that i simply havent recompiled since last modification, but this problem still exists.

    Thanks for any help.

The Forms help says this about FRM-10256:

Cause: You are not enrolled in Form Builder. You do not have SELECT permission on the Form Builder base tables.

    Action: Notify your DBA.
