Unanswered: Removing NOT NULL on column

I need to remove NOT NULL on one or two columns.
How do I do it without drop/create table?
I have looked at ALTER, but found nothing about NOT NULL.

I cannot think of anything other than drop/create ...

    No way,

you need to know, that allowing a NULL-value needs one more byte just in the middle of the data on every row. So: unload - drop - recreate - load.
