Question Unanswered: Change fore color on form based on field content??

I have a subform that is viewed as a continuous form. I want to set the fore color of one field to red if it contains the code "E". Otherwise, the fore color will be black.

I've tried to do this in VB on the Form Load Event. Should I try AfterUpdate on the field??

Thanks in advance for your help!

You can try afterupdate on the sub form or on current on the Main form.

Just remeber if you change the fore colour of a textbox on a continuous Form all the textboxes of that field's fore clour will change not just the record you are working with
