Unanswered: cannot create procedure from dbshchema

hi, i am having serious trouble!!!
    i run dbschema -f all -d <database> or dbschema -f <procedure name> -d <database>
than i want to create this procedure in the same database which is laying on another machine, but i tried to run this sql with dbaccess, power builder, sql editor and always have "201: syntax error"
can anybody explain why this happens and how can i create procedures easily.

It is possible that you defined another database locale.
    can you post the procedure?
