    Unanswered: Is there any way to double click on a subform and get it to expand?

    I have a subform in a main form that I would like to be able to double click and have it shoot up 2 inches or so upward from where it is now, giving it a much bigger window to view the data in. Is there anyway to do this or am I just dreaming? Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    David

    One possibility would be to have two subforms and use the visible property to create the effect of growing.

    I used a toggle button tglSchemaZoom in the mainform, that handled the subform Schema as follows:

    Private Sub tglSchemaZoom_Click()

    If tglSchemaZoom Then
    'change appearance of toggle button
    tglSchemaZoom.Caption = "reset"
    tglSchemaZoom.ForeColor = vbRed
    'change dimension of subform Schema
    Schema.Top = 1800
    Schema.Height = 5000
    End If

    If Not tglSchemaZoom Then
    'reset appearance of toggle button
    tglSchemaZoom.Caption = "zoom"
    tglSchemaZoom.ForeColor = vbBlack
    'reset Schema original dimension
    Schema.Top = 3555
    Schema.Height = 1365

    End If

    End Sub
