I use the mysql connector/J driver with my applet (that does some very heavy data transactions). At one point in the code the sql is formed from user selections and run. I am stumped by the fact that this query results in a very strange output. What I get as resultset is a completely different record from what I had requested. Running the same query on command line shows normal output.
I believe it has something to do with where the row cursor is left after the previous query. Does anyone understand what I'm saying here.
Any hints would be appreciated.
