    Unanswered: db2tschng.his file in V8

Can anyone tell us in UDB V8 for SunOS where is the file db2tschng.his file located ?
One of the new features for UDB v8 is faster tablespace recovery. The documentation says that the UDB know which logs to look for recovery of a particular tablespace with the help of file db2tschng.his.

We created on SunOS a new database(UDB v8) --took a backup(online, offline and tablespace) --but could not locate the file db2tschng.his--while documentation says that this file is to be loacted where the db2rhist.asc file is there!!!!

    Just a thought ...

The file may be created only after a particular event occurs, say, when log switch ...

May be you have not come to that point yet ...

    Cheers
