    Unanswered: Linking 2 or more tables - tricky

    Here is my scenario. Imagine 2 or more identical structure table - all of them with only one column heading (Item Key). Now those tables might have some data same some not. How do I quickly combine them in a query so I get only one table with one field and unique items in it.

    The way I do it now is that I copy all the tables below each other in Excel and then just run a NO DUPLICATE query. Then I get combination of both tables but no duplicates. It's very cumbersome if I have 40 such tables. Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance

    Try this:

    SELECT * FROM Table1
    Union
    SELECT * FROM Table2;
