    Unanswered: sqlboot.dll corrupt?!?

A customer of mine on there SQL server tryed to start SQL this morning and got this message

"Your SQL Server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (unable to load SQLBOOT.DLL) please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem."

Question is do they really have to re-install SQL SERVER 2000? or is there a fix to correct the problem?

    Prompt response is appreciated.

    Thanks

In general SQLBOOT.DLL can be reloaded to the registry and get help from MS Support for this file.

If you can spare time to reinstall the SQL, then this issue will be wiped out.
