    Unhappy Unanswered: I can't make new SQL Server Registration

    When I regratrate, it occurs that

    "SQL Server do not exist or access denied
    ConnectionOpen(Connect())"

    Please suggest me. How I can fix it?

    Hi, Check the User name and the password.
    one more thing ..check whether the sql server is accessible from ur machine or not. use the ping command to check it.

    Make sure to have similar netlibs as default on server and client.
    Try connecting with TCP/IP.

    Question

    when i ping host, result is

    Pinging 216.58.174.179 with 32 bytes of data:

    Destination host unreachable.
    Destination host unreachable.
    Destination host unreachable.
    Destination host unreachable.

    Ping statistics for 216.58.174.179:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)

    what does it mean?

    If the PING is not successful then how can you connect?
    Take a help of NETWORK Admin to resolve the connectivity first.
