    Unanswered: check boxes in Queries

I have created a query with a few checkboxes in it – What’s the criteria to make any checkbox that is checked to say “yes” instead of a check mark and any box that hasn’t been checked to show as “NO” instead of staying blank?

I need to do this for other checkboxes as well where each check box once clicked will say something else.

Go to the Table Design and highlite the field
the bottom section of the page has 2 tabs General and Lookup
    Select Lookup and then combobox
set the ROW SOURCE TYPE to Value List
In the ROW SOURCE enter "0;No;-1;Yes
In the Column Count enter 2
In the Column Width enter 0;1

Under General you can set the default value as Yes or No
