    hi,

could ixf-files (as a result for an exported db2 database) also be used when the target database would be Oracle or MySql?

IXF files are a proprietary format for db2. I know of no method for using them in another database. They contain table/index definitions as well as data and thus would not be understood by either Oracle or MySql.
